Returns and Refund Policy

If you purchase an umbrella and change your mind, we will give you a refund of the purchase price (not including postage).  The umbrella must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery, be unused in the original packaging, and with all tags attached.  Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.  

If you receive a damaged umbrella contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.  A photograph verifying the damage is required to be sent to us prior to a claim being processed.
